A short, plain-language policy for a film studio's inquiry site. The short version: business contact details only, never patient information.

This policy describes how Two Penny Healthcare, the clinical division of Two Penny Productions, handles information submitted through this website. It does not govern production agreements, location releases, or consent documentation executed with a health system, which are handled under contract.
Our inquiry form is designed for business development only. We ask you not to submit patient names, medical record numbers, images, diagnoses, or any other protected health information (PHI) through this site. If clinical detail is needed to scope a project, we establish a secure channel and the appropriate written agreements first.
If PHI is submitted in error, we delete it from our systems on discovery and notify the sender.
Information you provide: name, professional title, hospital or health system, department or service line, work email, phone number, primary goal, timeline, optional budget band, and your message.
Basic technical information: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and performance purposes.
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a scope of work, and communicate about a potential or active engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or automated profiling.
We share inquiry information only with our own producers and, where necessary, service providers that operate our email and website hosting under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed for business records, typically no longer than three years after last contact, unless an active agreement requires otherwise.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to business contact information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why clinical material is never routed through this site.
This site is intended for hospital and health system professionals, not for children.
